Ramesh Chennithala

Ramesh Chennithala is a seasoned political leader from Kerala, known for his decades-long commitment to public service and governance. Born on May 25, 1956, in Chennithala, Mavelikara, he began his journey in public life during his student years through the Kerala Students Union (KSU), steadily rising through the ranks with dedication and vision.

Over the years, he has held several key positions, including Member of Parliament, Member of Legislative Assembly, Minister for Rural Development, and later Minister of Home Affairs. He also served as the Leader of the Opposition in the Kerala Legislative Assembly, where he played a crucial role in advocating transparency, accountability, and public welfare.
